  • 1 cup pineapple, chopped (can use a blender)
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut sugar, (or more, to taste)
  • 1 cup of water

3. Blackberry Ginger Mint

 

Ingredients:
  • 3 blackberries (fresh)
  • 4 mint leaves (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 wedge lime (plus extra for garnish)
  • ice (crushed or cubes)
  • 1 can ginger ale

4. Mixed Berry Lemonade

Ingredients
  • 10 blackberries
  • 14 raspberries
  • 2 slices of yellow lemons
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 1 can of sparkling raspberry lemonade

5. Grapefruit Cinnamon Soda

Ingredients
  • 2 heaping Tablespoons of chopped or grated grapefruit zest
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped turmeric root (or 1 teaspoon dried powder)
  • ½ cup of coconut sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
