   2. Can I change my order once it’s been placed?

Yes, you can just cancel you order (within 3 minutes) by contacting our team via email, direct call or customer support messenger in the bottom right corner and place a new 'correct' order.

   3. Do I have to register on the website to make an order online?

Yes, to make an order we will ask you to create an account on our website.

   4. Is there a minimum order value?

The minimum basket size is £10 (GBP) per order .

   5. What area do you deliver to?

We now operate only in Kingston-upon-Thames, New-Malden, Teddington, Twickenham, Richmond and Barnes areas. However, we are constantly trying to increase the area of operation of our service and recently launched a SEEDRS campaign to support business at this exiting stage! 

   6. How much does delivery cost?

There is a free delivery if you spend over £30 (GBP), other delivery fees are £2.50 (GBP) for orders above £10 (GBP) and £4.50 (GBP) for orders below £10

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Card Payments and PayPal.

To get a refund for missing items you will need to email (we typically reply within 1-2 hours on working days) or call us and our team will take you through this process step by step.

We don’t charge you for bags, moreover, we use 100% organic and recycling craft bags.
