Spaghetti with Seafood Sauce
Ingredients: 350-400g spaghetti 2 tsp olive oil 1 salmon fillet 6 mushrooms, chopped 1 handful of king prawns 1 handful of mussels 1 handful of scallops 1 handful of squid rings 2 tsp of lemon juice 2 cans of chopped tomatoes half a tube of tomato puree a dozen fresh...
- 350-400g spaghetti
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 salmon fillet
- 6 mushrooms, chopped
- 1 handful of king prawns
- 1 handful of mussels
- 1 handful of scallops
- 1 handful of squid rings
- 2 tsp of lemon juice
- 2 cans of chopped tomatoes
- half a tube of tomato puree
- a dozen fresh basil leaves
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to the packaging instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a large frying pan and fry the scallops for 5 minutes.
- Add the remaining seafood, along with the lemon juice to a frying pan and cook for about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook for 3-5 minutes more.
- Add chopped tomatoes, tomato puree and basil and reduce hrat to low. Cook for about 15 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and put the sauce on top. Serve with a few of basil and sprinkle of pepper.
