• 350-400g spaghetti
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 6 mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 handful of king prawns
  • 1 handful of mussels
  • 1 handful of scallops
  • 1 handful of squid rings
  • 2 tsp of lemon juice
  • 2 cans of chopped tomatoes
  • half a tube of tomato puree
  • a dozen fresh basil leaves


  1. Cook the pasta according to the packaging instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan and fry the scallops for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the remaining seafood, along with the lemon juice to a frying pan and cook for about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook for 3-5 minutes more.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes, tomato puree and basil and reduce hrat to low. Cook for about 15 minutes.
  5. Drain the pasta and put the sauce on top. Serve with a few of basil and sprinkle of pepper.
