Mango/Strawberry Ice Cream

During the hot summer days, we all are craving for cold, fruity and refreshing ice cream. The following recipe demands only 3 ingredients but the result is amazing.The good thing is that you can use almost any fruits you like using the same recipe. Our favourite flavours are mango and strawberry, so we suggest you to give it a go.

Ingredients:

  • 350 G Frozen Mango or Strawberry
  • 2/3 C heavy cream
  • 1/4 C sugar

Instructions:

  1. Combine heavy cream and sugar, stir until sugar starts dissolving.
  2. Put frozen mango/strawberries (depending on which ice cream you are making) to a food processor and process until the fruits are chopped roughly. Pour heavy cream and process until the mixture is smooth.
  3. You can serve it straight away. However, for a hard-frozen ice cream, just replace the ice cream into a container and put into the freezer for about 2 hours.
