White Button Mushrooms (also known as "common" or "table" mushrooms) are fairly rich in vitamins and minerals, particularly vitamin B and potassium. Recognized by their white caps and short stems, these firm, sweet mushrooms are delicious raw. Slice them into salads or serve with vegetable dip. They're also good sauteed in butter or as a pizza topping.
